Out North East is the only Gay and Lesbian lifestyle and listings Magazine in the North East and North Yorkshire.
Out North East is a regular FREE supply of Gay and Lesbian culture shaped around the North East and includes event and venue listings, restaurant and café reviews, film and theatre reviews as well as local news and fashion features. Last year the magazine included interviews with award winning comedian Pam Ann, the glamorous Ladyboys of Bangkok and one of 2007's most talked about stars, Alan Carr.

Out North East Magazine is published bi-monthly by The LGBT Fed. The LGBT Fed was established in 2005 and is the lead organisation within the NE VCS Equalities Coalition’s Sexuality Strand. We draw our members from across the whole region and across the different groups within the LGBT community.
Our approach and our membership cross age, cultural and religious backgrounds and include disabled and non-disabled people. In addition, the LBi Coalition was developed in order to provide a distinct and separate voice for Lesbians and Bisexual women in the North East.
The Fed is run by and for its members, but the day-to-day business is looked after by a Management Group comprising formal directors of the company, who are appointed at the Annual General Meeting in September. Our regular general meetings, which are held in different locations across the region, are open to all LGBT people to attend and usually take place in the evening.
